The association maintains all common grounds in the subdivision including the front entrance, cul-de-sacs, harbor park and harbor. All landscaping, mowing, planting and tree trimming are included as is the maintenance of signs and lighting. Association Bylaws and covenants should be reviewed by all members.
Meetings
Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the harbor and are open to association members. Day and location of the meeting may change based on weather or board member availability. The annual meeting occurs the second Tuesday of March. Notice of this meeting's date and time will be delivered by mail to each member. Annual dues are payable to the Association by the annual meeting each year.

Dues
The Annual Membership fee and optional slip fees are due by April 15th. For the 2026 season, the total amount is $350 for membership and $250 for a half-slip rental. Payments can be made by mailing or dropping off a check with our Treasurer (123 Harbor Drive), or you can use our new online payment portal here. By using a credit card the member absorbs the 3.3% + .30 transaction fee.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meet monthly to discuss issues and events involving the neighborhood. The directors oversee the various committees in the neighborhood.
